what to order when at cucina alba

This place has a really fun feel to it. Think “Italian holiday” type of atmosphere - playful and chic. The vibe, the portions and the drinks make it a great spot for a fun group dinner or girls night type of thing.

Order:

• Poached burrata

• Whipped ricotta

• Foccacia

• Vodka Rigatoni

• Chicken all diavola

• Semifreddo

Don’t order

• Agnolotti - I personally thought this was almost inedible. It was so rich and overly sweet with the truffle and caramelized onion. However, might be personal preference as according to the waiter, it’s a favorite.

On my list for next time: crudos (they all looked really good) and the steak.
