what to order when at 4 Charles

The food at 4 Charles is unreal, and the vibe intimate, cozy, elevated and honestly, just cool. They themselves describe the restaurant as an “intimate supper club” which I think pretty much sums it up.

My recommendation would be to come here with 4-6 people - the portions are pretty big, and you only really want a bit of each plate (vs like…half) because each is so rich/decadent. And, you want to be able to order a lot (so definitely try to go here with people who like to share as it is not really a restaurant to just order for yourself).

Order:

• Smoked Salmon Ceasar - I would’ve never tried this had someone else not ordered it (I was thrown off by the concept of smoked salmon in a caesar) but it works really well and is delicious (plus there are potato chips in the salad).

• Cacio e Pepe Carbonara Pasta - I think this is the best cacio e pepe in the city.

• Prime Rib French Dip

• Double Wagyu Cheeseburger - best burger in the city.

• Prime Rib

• Wagyu New York Strip Steak

• Elote Style Corn

• Truffle Mac & Cheese - next level.

• Loaded Baked Potato - seems like a throwaway, but honestly SO good.

• Chocolate Cake - I dream about the whipped cream on top.
